Zoey is the sweetest little mini-Australian Shepherd puppy and she is available for adoption.  She is 16 weeks old, she weighs just over 12 pounds, and she has a gorgeous red merle coat and blue eyes.  Zoey is housebroken, her crate-training is improving (she is not sure why she needs one!!), and this smart little cookie is quickly learning her basic obedience commands.  Zoey has been introduced to leash-walking and is doing well for a puppy, and she is a great passenger in the car.

Zoey loves all humans all the time.  She is a medium-to-high Velcro puppy who is just starting to do some exploring on her own.  Zoey also loves other dogs and she LOVES to play!  She is such a typical puppy – she plays hard with her dog pals, zooms around the yard, plays with her humans, chases the ball, takes a quick nap, plays again, and after she has worn out all of her playmates she will quietly entertain herself with a toy or chew.  Zoey plays with the resident cats, but she has a rough play style that would not be appreciated by most cats.

The ideal family for Zoey is happy, loving, patient, and ready to play, train and get puppy kisses!  A fenced yard and a playful young dog pal are required, and any children in the home should be at least 10 years old.  Zoey is a true sweetie who will bring her new family such joy, and if you would like to learn more about our adoption process and complete an application please visit our website, www.sohodogrescue.org.  Zoey is fostered in Orlando, FL.
