Ramona is a friendly, happy, energetic little pistol of a puppy and she is ready for her forever home! This female Belgian Malinois (yes this is a herding breed!) is just 13 weeks old, she weighs 20 pounds, and she has that classic mahogany coat and black mask. Ramona is already housebroken and crate-trained, and she is starting to learn her basic obedience commands. She walks pretty well on leash and she is getting used to riding in the car.
Ramona loves people! This high Velcro little munchkin loves to be involved in everything that her family is doing. Ramona also loves playing with other dogs, and this energetic puppy is always up for a game of chase, tug-a-rope or “bitey face” with another dog. She is so smart, and if she nips another dog with too much puppy enthusiasm she corrects so easily – Ramona is all about fun and pleasing everyone in her family. Ramona is even respectful of the family ferret! And when it is time to settle down, Ramona enjoys playing with her toys, cuddling and taking short puppy-naps.
The ideal family for Ramona is ready for the love, devotion and fun that she will bring to your home! It is also critical that her future family commits to the training, physical exercise and mental stimulation that she needs. A fenced yard with plenty of room for exercise is important, another playful dog is welcome and children should be over the age of 12. Above all, we are looking for a family who has time for Ramona – she is worth it (and a lot of fun too!). This little Belgian is ready to go, and if she sounds like a great match apply today! Ramona is fostered in Cary, NC.
Ramona's adoption donation is $350.
