Fynn’s story WAS a sad one, but not anymore!! Fynn is a wonderful, sweet and happy young Australian Shepherd mix who is ready to enjoy the rest of his life. Fynn is just 10 months old, he is about 7 pounds too thin at 38 pounds and he has a beautiful deep red tri coat that is starting to grow out.
What happened? A few months ago Fynn became trapped in an abandoned building. By the time he was rescued he was just bones at 17 pounds, he was covered in mange, sores and open, infected wounds, and he was almost dead (we are not posting photos taken soon after his rescue). The local shelter did an AMAZING job nursing him back to health, treating all his medical conditions and doubling his weight! He just received a clean bill of health. Fynn is shy but very friendly with people, he loves all dogs and he is curious but not obsessed with cats. He is playful, housebroken and crate-trained. Fynn wants to be a dog and he wants a family!
Fynn’s ideal home is with a family who will appreciate all that this cute little diamond-in-the-rough has to offer. A fenced yard and at least one other playful young dog are very important. Children over the age of 10 are welcome. Fynn is still very much a puppy who will benefit from attention, patience, training and loads of fun. If he sounds like your perfect dog apply today! Fynn is fostered in Richmond Hill, GA.
Fynn's adoption donation is $275.
