Milo is a sweet-as-can-be Border Collie mix who is now available for adoption. He is about 7 years old, he weighs 51 pounds, and he has a soft, fluffy, brown tri coat. Milo is housebroken, crate-trained, and he knows a number of his basic obedience commands. He walks very nicely on leash, he loves to hike, and he is a great passenger in the car.
Milo loves two things: people and fetch! He is a medium Velcro boy who wants to keep an eye on his humans, but can also entertain himself. Milo gets along with other dogs just fine and enjoys their company, but doesn’t yet really understand how to play too much with them. We think of Milo as a medium energy dog with a nice off switch. He loves to play fetch (Ball is Life!), go for hikes and walks, and chill with his humans. He is a snuggly, sweet boy who loves a good cuddle, too. He has not been exposed to cats.
The ideal family for Milo is active, ready to play fetch, and looking to have a dream companion in a middle-aged pup. A fenced yard is on Milo’s “want” list, and any children in the home should be at least 12 years old. Milo is the total package – sweet, smart, snuggly, and ready to fall in love with her new family!
