Linda is a super smart, super happy young Australian Cattle Dog mix who is ready for her forever home. She is about 1 year old and weighs 45 pounds. Linda is housebroken, crate-trained (but not an enthusiast), and is learning her basic obedience commands. She rides nicely in a car and is learning to walk on leash without pulling.
Linda loves people and is what we call a high-Velcro girl. She loves to be with her people and is learning not to jump on people out of sheer happiness! She loves to play ball, hike, and may be a good biking partner – she is an energetic young girl! Linda also loves other dogs, and games of run and chase are nothing but fun. As confident and happy as Linda is, she is afraid of cats, so she will need to be adopted by a family with no cats in the home.
The ideal home for Linda scores high on happiness, high on energy and high on fun. She is a social little girl and given her love of people, she would do best in a home where there is someone who is either home most of the day or who has the ability to take her to work. Linda needs exercise, and she would like to live with a person or family who is open to having a running, jogging, hiking or biking partner. She is super smart, so dog sports may also be something that she would enjoy with her new family. A fully fenced yard and a playful dog pal or two would be ideal. Her new home should be free of cats, and it would be best if children were over the age of 12. If you are looking for a best friend and workout partner, Linda may be the perfect dog for you so apply today! Linda is fostered in Belvidere, NJ..
Linda's adoption donation is $275.
